Hold 5 seconds, relax and repeat the exercise 10 times. Heel Raise: Stand with weight even on both feet before slowly raising the heels up and down 10 times Single Knee to Chest Stretch: Lie on your back with both knees bent and hold thigh behind knee and bring one knee up to chest to hold for 20 seconds. Relax and repeat this 5 times on each side.
